LOGAN SQUARE— An empty lot near California and Milwaukee Avenues may soon make way for a large dual tower residential development, which would become the neighborhood's largest by far.

WEST LOOP— Curbed stopped by the office of design shop Studio K for a tour and quick chat about the company that has designed the interiors of some of Chicago's most popular bars and restaurants.

STREETERVILLE— The developer looking to build a new Robert A.M. Stern tower in Streeterville formally unveiled the plan this week, which also includes a new 1.7 acre park next door.

LAKEVIEW— A string of decaying buildings on Lincoln Avenue have been scooped up and will be redeveloped into new retail spaces.
