WICKER PARK—This week, Rick Bayless unleashed his first new restaurant in Chicago in since 2010. Xoco Wicker Park is larger and more relaxed than the original in River North, with a full bar, many craft beers, and brunch.

AROUND TOWN—The latest edition of the Eater Chicago drinking heatmap hit the wires, including new spots the Lagunitas Taproom, Red Lion Pub, and Henry's Swing Club.
