Chicago-based e-commerce company Interior Define raised $1 million in funding. With a beautiful store already open in Wicker Park, it might be easy to forget that the furniture company is actually a startup. The business launched just last year and has plans to open additional stores in the U.S. in the coming months. Prices for their custom furniture range from a $600 an upholstered chair to a $3,500 leather sectional. For those who typically shop at Design Within Reach or West Elm, this is extremely affordable. For those who don't, Ikea just released their new catalog. [Crain's Chicago Business; previously]
