OLD TOWN—CorePower Yoga is set to open their 21st studio on September 26th. The new Old Town location will be one of 107 nationwide. The new studio is located near the Chicago History Museum at North Clark Street and West Germania Place and boasts two large studio rooms and a range of amenities including showers, changing rooms and a full-scale boutique. The new studio offers a range of classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels in addition to offering teacher-training and lifestyle programs. New CorePower Yoga students will receive one free week of unlimited yoga.
WEST LOOP—Chicago Fire Soccer Club's second annual Soccer & Style Fashion Show is scheduled for this Thursday, September 25th. Sip on complimentary cocktails while watching coaches and players strut in style down the runway to benefit the Chicago Fire Foundation. Tickets range from $50 to $75 and can be purchased here. OLD TOWN—Chicago beauty and curiosities shop, Thomas + Henry, will be closing their doors at the end of the month. After deciding to forgo lease renewal at their 1445 North Wells location in Old Town, the shop is putting their extra time and money towards securing a new location closer to their flagship store, Room Service, in Andersonville that just celebrated it's 7th anniversary.
