And now the latest from Curbed Chicago, covering everything you need to know about the city's neighborhoods and real estate.

EVERYWHERE— Everyday, dozens of homes hit the market, but these 25 homes hold the title of being the priciest in Chicago. Not surprisingly, the list is mostly composed of homes in Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast and the Magnificent Mile.

GOOSE ISLAND— A developer is coming back to Goose Island for a second major tech office space project. The 350,000 square foot office development also wants to bring a water taxi stop and a pedestrian and cycling bridge to the area.

GOLD COAST— A unit in the original Playboy Mansion has listed this week for $3 million. Once the home of Hugh Hefner, the mansion now contains four luxury condos.

CABRINI-GREEN— Big changes are in store for Cabrini-Green, as a new 106 apartment development is moving forward. The development will be mixed-income and offer townhouses as well as apartments.
