This may sound silly and totally far fetched, but for some people ( you hear about these lotto stories every so often) it's reality furs and pearls diamonds and late-lunching at Shanghai Terrace are every day activities for some. For those expecting the first "poof" option, but aren't aware of such places to blow that aforementioned wad, fear not here are 11 places to go crazy with.

Sure, the Oak Street Association pays a valet so you don't have to park yourself as you're shopping, but why not pay for your own parking--if you've got the cash, you may as well. As of January, 1 parking in the most expensive district is 6.50 per hour.

If there we're one word for the magic Alber Elbaz creates for this brand, it would be YUM. If there were one price point (even for a t-shirt) it would be beyond bazonka-donk-purse snatching.
